Additional NotesUpon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via cash or card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well. **GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. **NO SMOKING ALLOWED. **UPPER BUNK BED CAN ONLY HOLD 200 LBS or LESS PER THE MANUFACTURER, BEST USED BY CHILD OR TEENAGER.

There are many spots just outside our unit, but all spaces are first-come.

Excellent play to stay in PCB. The home was exactly as seen in pictures. Close to everything needed. Host provided all we needed and always responded with emails in a timely manner about our stay. We will stay there again for sure. Lovely Place!
